Zierumrandung in grün. Original signiert von Zeno Felder als Präsident und von J.F. Ensminger als Sekretär. Zeno Felder, ein Deutschamerikaner, heiratete Ida,, die Schwester der berühmten "Lady Tycoon of Cripple Creek " Mollie E. O'Bryan. Zelder schloß sich dem Goldminensyndikat um Mollie E. O'Bryan an (dem außerdem Charles Miller, A.G. Young und H.E, Hoyt angehörten). Ida und Zeno Felder wurden neben dem Grab von Mollie E. O'Bryan auf dem Friedhof von Cripple Creek bestattet.
