Reorganisiert als Montclair & Greenwood Lake Railway, eröffnet 1874. Bereits 1875 bankrott und in einer öffentlichen Auktion an Abraham S. Hewitt und Marcus I. Ward verkauft. 1878 an die Erie Railroad verkauft und reorganisiert als New York and Greenwood Lake Railroad, später in der New Jersey Transit aufgegangen. Heute ist die demontierte Trasse zum Greenwood Lake ein beliebter Wanderweg. | | Specials: | Zur Finanzierung der Bahn wurde diese Anleihe aufgelegt, Gesamtauflage 1,8 Mio $.
