Sie wurde 1810 von Hochschulabgängern des Williams College vorgeschlagen und 1812 offiziell eingetragen. 1961 ging der ABCFM mit anderen Gesellschaften zusammen, um den United Church Board for World Ministries zu bilden. Die ersten fünf Auslandmissionen wurden bereits 1812 gestartet und bis 1840 waren Repräsentanten in folgenden Gebieten unterwegs: Tennessee (Cherokee-Indianer), Indien, Sri Lanka, Sandwich-Inseln (Hawai), Ostasien mit China, Singapur und Siam (heute Thailand), im Nahen Osten mit Griechenland, Zypern, Osmanische Reich (Türkei), Syrien, das Heilige Land und Persien, Westafrika, Südafrika und Zulu. | | Specials: | Beide mit schönen Abb. von Segelschiffen. | | Condition: | E-VF. | | Sold: | unsold |
