Nachdem 20 Meilen trassiert waren kamen die Bauarbeiten zum Erliegen, Finanzinformationen weigerte sich die Gesellschaft zu geben. | | Specials: | Da alle Kupons anhängen, drängt sich umso mehr der Eindruck auf, daß die Initiatoren von vornherein auf Betrug aus waren. Dazu paßt auch, daß in großen Lettern “Guaranteed Bond” aufgedruckt ist, und daneben äußerst geschickt angeordnet “By the State of Georgia”. Erst bei genauestem Hinsehen wird die richtige Reihenfolge klar: “State of Georgia (als reine Ortsangabe), Guaranteed Bond by the Bainbridge, Cuthbert and Columbus Railroad”. Großes Querformat, mehrfarbiger Druck, zwei schöne Vignetten mit Eisenbahnen und Raddampfer am Kai. | | Availability: | Uns ist seit Jahren nur ein weiteres Stück bekannt (dieses Frühjahr beim HSK mit 320 € zugeschlagen). | | Condition: | VF. | | Sold: | 300,00 EUR v |
