Um die Jahrhundertwende führte sie als erste Gesellschaft in Deutschland die Kraftfahrzeug-Versicherung ein. Übernommen wurden 1940 die "Bavaria" Versicherungs-AG in Nürnberg und 1960 die Mitteleuropäische Versicherungs-AG. 1959 Umfirmierung in Agrippina Versicherungs-AG.
