Mit dem Eintritt von Gottlieb Widmann firmierte das Unternehmen 1969 um in Dyckerhoff & Widmann KG. 1907 Umwandlung in eine AG, Firmensitz war Wiesbaden-Biebrich. Mit zahlreichen Entwicklungen und Patenten gehörte die Firma weltweit zu den Pionierem beim Bauen mit Stahlbeton und Spannbeton. Sitzverlegungen nach Hamburg (1945) und nach München (1964). 1972 Fusion mit der Siemens-Bauunion GmbH. 1992 übernahm der Bauunternehmer Ignaz Walter über die Walter Beteiligungs und Immobilien AG und die Ed Züblin AG die Aktienmehrheit bei DYWIDAG. 2000 Fusion mit der Walter Bau-AG, die sich schon zuvor mit der Heilit + Woerner Bau-AG zusammengeschlossen hatte. DYWIDAG war jetzt der drittgrößte deutsche Baukonzern. 2005 insolvent geworden, große Teile des Geschäfts übernahm anschließend der Konkurrent Strabag. | | Availability: | Mit Kuponbogen.
