Die Ges. übernahm dann zu 100 % die Mexico Electric Tramways Co., die wiederum das gesamte Kapital der District Railway Co. of Mexico besaß. Somit kontrollierte man das gesamte 208 Meilen lange Straßenbahnnetz (davon 193 Meilen elektrifiziert) von Mexico City und im Federal District.
