Die Gesellschaft bestand als Grundstücksverwertungsgesellschaft weiter. Großaktionär (1943): Anhaltischer Staat (über 96 %). 1946 Enteignung des Unternehmens und Neugründung der Metallwerke GmbH Harzgerode Kolbenproduktion und Leichtmetallformgussteile, 1960 als VEB Druckguss- und Kolbenwerke Harzgerode größter Hersteller von Kolben für Großdiesel- und Fahrzeugmotoren in der DDR. 1990 Rückbenennung in Metallwerke GmbH Harzgerode und 1993 Privatisierung. 2001 Übernahme durch die Trimet AG, Düsseldorf. 2002 Verschmelzung mit der Aluminium Essen GmbH, der Aluminium Recycling GmbH, Gelsenkirchen und dem Metallwerk Sömmerda zur TRIMET ALUMINIUM AG. | | Availability: | R 10 | | Condition: | EF-VF. | | Sold: | 280,00 EUR |
