Okt. 1861. 1868 ging sie in Konkurs und wurde verkauft an die California and Oregon RR (152 Meilen von Junction nach Redding). Zusammen mit der Central Pacific RR Co. of California, der Western Pacific RR, der San Francisco, Oakland and Almeda RR, der San Joaquin Valley RR 1870 konsolidiert als Central Pacific RR und hatte 1874 schon ein Schienenetz von 1.222 Meilen.
