Diese Ausstellung führte zur Idee der Museumsgründung im gleichen Jahr. Vorbild für das Museum war das Victoria and Albert Museum in London, welches ebenfalls aus einer Weltausstellung (1851) hervorgegangen war. Nach der Ausstellung wurde die Gedenkhalle 1877 als Pennsylvania Museum of the School of Industrial Art wiedereröffnet. 1928 zog die Schule um und wurde das Philadelphia Museum of Art. Das Museum beherbergt heute eine der größten und bedeutendsten Sammlungen der USA. | | Specials: | Drei wunderschöne allegorische ABNC-Vignetten. Ausgestellt auf den bedeutenden Verleger George W.
