Aus öffentlichen Anzeigen von 1889-1890: "The Rocky Mountain Real Estate Company of Helena carries on the business of building and renting houses. Organized November 12, 1887, a dividend of 10 per cent was paid December 1, 1888, from net profits of first year". Höchstwahrscheinlich hing die Gesellschaft eng zusammen mit einer der localen Eisenbahnen.
