place: | Sumiswald | | Picture: |  | | Number: | 193 | | Info: | Die 1908 gegründete Ramsei-Sumiswald-Huttwil-Bahn (RSHB) verband die schweizerischen Orte Ramsei, Sumiswald-Grünen/Wasen, Affoltern im Emmental und Huttwil. 1944 erfolgte der Zusammenschluß der Langenthal-Huttwil-Bahn mit der 1895 eröffneten Huttwil-Wolhusen-Bahn und der 1908 eröffneten Ramsei-Sumiswald-Huttwil-Bahn zum Unternehmen Vereinigte Huttwil-Bahnen (VHB). Ab diesem Zeitpunkt Betriebsgemeinschaft mit der Emmental-Burgdorf-Thun-Bahn und der Solothurn-Münster-Bahn. Ab 1997 Regionalverkehr Mittelland (RM).
