Das erste größere Schiff, die "Sark" wird von Wilhelm Wilhelmsen, Norwegen, angekauft. Das Schiff, umbenannt in "Radbod", wird zuerst in der Erzfahrt eingesetzt und anschließend auf Wunsch von Wilhelm Nübel in der Holz- und Papierfahrt. 1925 Umbenennung in Emder Dampfercompagnie AG. Reedereigeschäft, Binnenschifffahrt, Umschlag und Spedition. Alle 5 Dampfer der Gesellschaft gingen im 2.
