Nach einem Brand baute Léon Cantaloup die Fabrik neu auf und produzierte täglich 10 Tonnen Schokolade und Süßigkeiten. Die Gesellschaft firmierte 1887-1962 als Cantaloup-Catala, danach als Cantalou.
