Die Gesellschaft erhielt im Rahmen der kaiserlichen Eisenbahnkonzession eine Garantie über 7 % Verzinsung eines Kapitals von 1.462.500 £ für die Dauer von 30 Jahren. Zur Absicherung dieser Garantie wurden ab 1898 5 % Staatsanleihen begeben.
