Aus unzähligen vorherigen Fusionen, Konkursen und Reorganisationen gingen schließlich die Vermont Central RR und die Vermont & Canada RR hervor. Auch diese beiden gingen 1884 Konkurs, Nachfolger wurde die “Consolidated Railroad Co. of Vermont”. Neben der Hauptstrecke Windsor-Burlington, Vt.
