Zweck war Bau und Betreuung von Kleinwohnungen.1986 verkaufte der DGB das gewerkschaftseigene Wohnungsbauunternehmen zum symbolischen Preis von einer Mark an den Berliner Bäckerei-Unternehmer Horst Schiesser.
