Mark, umgestellt 1924 auf 60.000 Goldmark, begeben in 420 Stammaktien und 180 VZ-Aktien. In den 30er Jahren betrieb die Gesellschaft nur die Verwaltung und Verwertung von Grundbesitz. 1951 wurde das Aktienkapital umgestellt von 60.000 RM auf 150.000 DM in Stamm und VZ-Aktien. Stückelung: 15 Aktien à 10.000 DM. 1957 Sitzverlegung von Bonn nach Köln, 1967 nach Buchschlag in Hessen, 1970 nach Frankfurt a.M. 1972 Änderung des Firmennamens in Main Bontal Bank AG, 1975 umgeändert zu Condal Bank Deutschland AG mit Dr. Simon Davidson als Großaktionär (100 %). Die Bank hatte im Verlaufe ihres Lebens mehrere Namen: Bank Iberunion, Buchschlag, Condal Bank Deutschland AG, Frankfurt a.M., Bontal Bank AG, Frankfurt a.M., Main Bontal Bank AG, Frankfurt a.M., Condal Bank Deutschland AG, Frankfurt a.M., Ibero Bank AG, Frankfurt a.M., Bank Iberunion AG, Frankfurt a.M., Banco de Bilbao Deutschland AG, Frankfurt a.M.
