Diese geriet jedoch in Konkurs und wurde 1904 als Bethlehem Steel Shipbuilding neugegründet, zugehörig zu dem weitgrößten Stahlkonzern der USA. 1936 Fusion mit der Kalman Steel Corp., der Bethlehem Mines Corp. und der Union Iron Works Co. | | Specials: | Orange/schwarzer Stahlstich mit Abb. des Schlachtschiffes Oregon. Die 1890 bewilligte Oregon wurde 1891 auf der Werft von Union Iron Works (später Bethlehem Steel) in San Francisco auf Kiel gelegt und lief 1893 von Stapel. 1919 wurde sie außer Dienst gestellt, doch Hauptgefechtsmast entging der Verschrottung: Er steht heute als Denkmal im Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland, Oregon. | | Availability: | Unentwertet. | | Condition: | UNC. | | Sold: | 180,00 EUR |
