Ihr gehörte die 60 Meilen lange Eisenbahn von der Marion Station (an der Strecke der Cumberland Valley RR) nach Bedford, Pa. (60 Meilen), außerdem besaß sie 4.000 acres Erz-Land und hatte zusätzlich 5.000 acres sowie einen Holzkohle-Ofen zur Erzverhüttung gepachtet.
