Als Heimstatt für damals 17 deutschsprachige Vereine wurde das Gesellschaftsgebäude 1890 in Troy, 309 Third Ave. erbaut und 1954 durch einen Neubau ersetzt. Auf einem Nachbargrundstück wurde zusätzlich ein Altersheim errichtet. Im „Germania Banquet House“ trafen sich zuletzt noch sieben Kulturvereine mit deutschen Wurzeln (das Rensselaer County hat insgesamt 18.000 Einwohner mit deutschen Vorfahren), jeden Freitag wurden hier deutsche Gerichte serviert.
