Die 175 Meilen lange Hauptstrecke führte von Cincinnati, O. nach Lafayette, Ind., daneben wurden vier Flügelbahnen mit 94 Meilen und drei weitere gepachtete Bahnen mit 121 Meilen betrieben. 1889 Fusion mit der Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati & Indianapolis Ry. zur Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago & St. Louis Ry.
