Herstellung von "Meurer-Prometheus"-Gaskoch-, Brat-, Back-, Bügel- und Heizapparaten, Kohleherden, "Egma"-Elektroherden, "Tutti-Frutti"-Fruchtpressen und "Albeco"-Feuerlöschern. Alleinaktionärin war zuletzt die Haller-Werke AG in Hamburg-Altona. 1944 fusionierten die beiden AG’s. 1945-1949 Enteignung der Werke Cossebaude, Torgelow und Königsbrück sowie Tetschen in der Tschechoslowakei. 1949 Sitzverlegung nach Hamburg, 1951 Umfirmierung in Haller-Meurer-Werke AG. Nunmehr wurden Gaskoch- und -heizgeräte, später vor allem Gas-Einzelöfen hergestellt.
