place: | Prag | | Picture: |  | | Number: | 45282 | | Info: | Nach der Gründung der Tschechoslowakischen Republik 1918 wurde die Österreichisch-Ungarische Bank durch das Bankamt des neugeschaffenen tschechoslowakischen Finanzministeriums ersetzt. Den Plan zur Gründung einer eigenen tschechoslowakischen Nationalbank faßte man 1920, gegründet wurde die NBC schließlich 1926. Der NBC gelang die Stabilisierung der tschechoslowakischen Krone durch Einführung des Goldstandards. 1939 umbenannt in Nationalbank für Böhmen und Mähren. Mit der 1953 durchgeführten Währungsreform und Reorganisation der Bank nach dem Muster der Staatsbank der UdSSR wurde auch eine Umbenennung der Bank vollzogen. Aus der Nationalbank wurde die Staatsbank (Státni Banka Ceskoslovenská). 1993 als Ceská Narodni Banka neu gegründet. | | Specials: | Zweisprachig tschechisch/deutsch. Sehr dekorativ, Abb. des Hl.
