Später reorganisiert zu Banque Franco-Asiatique mit Niederlassungen in den bedeutenden nordostchinesischen Städten Harbin und Mukden (Schenjang). Im Jahr 1930 wurde der berühmte jüdische Spekulant Serge Rubinstein (“Börsen-Mephisto”) zum Teilhaber der Banque Franco-Asiatique. Rubinsteins Vater Dimitri war der reichste Bankier Russlands.
