Nach Konkurs 1864 unter obigem Namen reorganisiert, schon 1870 erneut pleite und dann als „Cincinnati & Muskingum Valley Railway“ reorganisiert, 1898 schon wieder reorganisiert, dieses Mal als „Railroad“.
