Ende der 1870er Jahre übernahm Cesar Ritz, Begründer der Hoteldynastie das Haus. Heute ist das Grand Hotel National ein 5-Sterne-Hotel mit 41 Zimmern und Suiten und 22 Residenzen. Es hat vier Restaurants, ein Cafe und eine Bar.
