In den folgenden Jahrzehnten überzog die (später zur Pennsylvania RR gehörende) W.J.R.R., größtenteils über Tochtergesellschaften, das Vineland zwischen Camden und der Atlantikküste mit dem engmaschigsten Eisenbahnnetz der ganzen USA. 1887 fasste die PRR die meisten Bahnen in New Jersey per Fusion in der „neuen“ West Jersey RR zusammen. Die ging später in der Central RR of New Jersey auf. Ab 1976 dann Conrail bzw. CSX Transportation. | | Specials: | Die „Special Guaranteed Shares“ hatten eine Dividendengarantie von 6 %.
