Sie schloß eine 1,2 Meilen lange, bereits 1868 gebaute Privatstrecke vom Taylor Fuirnace zur Hauptstrecke der Central of New Jersey RR ein. Eröffnet 1876, Zweigbahnen im nördlichen Streckenabschnitt dienten dann vor allem dem Anschluß von Eisenerzbergwerken im Morris County. In den 1970er Jahren stellte die Central of New Jersey den Verkehr auf ihrer High Bridge branch ein, die den Übergang 1976 an Conrail nicht mitmachte. Mit verschiedenen Werksanschlüssel (u.a. ein riesiges Distributionszentrum von Toys „R“ Us) schaffte es die Strecke aber wundersamer Weise, bis heute zu überleben. 2017 wurde sie an die Dover & Rockaway River RR verkauft. | | Specials: | Nicht alltägliche schön umrahmte Vignette mit Personenzug vor Stadtkulisse. | | Availability: | Unentwertet.
