Zum Zeitpunkt der Gründung war bereits eine Strecke freigestellt worden, von White House, N.J. nach Peapack, N.J., 12 Meilen lang. Geplant war eine Eisenbahnverbindung bis nach Morristown, N.J., insgesamt 25 Meilen lang, Am 15.9.1890 wurde die Gesellschaft für die Dauer von 10 Jahren an die Rockaway Valley Construction & Manufacturing verpachtet, wobei ausgemacht wurde, daß die Verzinsung in dieser Zeit begebenen Anleihen erst nach Ablauf des Pachtvertrages in akkumuliertem Betrag ausgezahlt werden sollte. | | Specials: | Wunderschöne Vignette mit dampfender Lokomotive.
