Das Kapital betrug nur noch 50.000 RM. 1937 ist die Umwandlung der Ges. unter Ausschluß der Liqu. auf Grund des Gesetzes vom 5.7.1934 (Umwandlung von Kapitalgesellschaften) durch Übertragung ihres Vermögens auf den Hauptgesellschafter Julius Blumenthal in Frankfurt a.M. beschlossen worden.
