Die etwas nördlich der New York-Pennsylvania-Staatgrenze verlaufende Bahn führte von Honeoye, Pa. weitgehend parallel zu zwei Bahnstrecken der PRR und der Erie über Ceres, Portville, Olean, Allegany, Vandalia, Seneca und Salamanca (dort Querung des Allegheny River) nach Little Valley. Von Olean und Seneca aus führten zwei Abzweige Richtung Südwesten bzw. Süden nach Bradford, Pa. 1921 in Konkurs und als Olean, Bradford & Salamanca Ry. reorganisiert, 1928 stillgelegt.
