Partner war Neff E. Parish, dessen Parish Pressed Steel Co. Rahmen für mehrere Automobilhersteller lieferte. Ende 1916 begann die Automobilproduktion unter dem Namenmarken Daniels. Umwandlung in die Daniels Motor Company. Parish zog nach einem Streit seine finanzielle Unterstützung zurück. 1924 wurde das Unternehmen an Levene Motors verkauft.
