Die Fabrik war in Kingston, Staat New York. 1917 begann die Produktion von Automobilen unter dem Markennamen Emerson. In den ersten drei Monaten entstanden lediglich 69 Fahrzeuge, dann wurden täglich 5 Fahrzeuge gebaut. Hupp stieg im im März 1917 aus. Im Juni begann die Insolvenz.
