Die vor allem dem Holztransport, aber auch dem Personenverkehr dienende 55 Meilen lange Bahn im äußersten Nordwesten des Staates Oregon führte von Wilkesboro, Ore. über Banks, Manning. Buxton und Vernonia nach Norden und bog dann Richtung Westen nach Keasey ab (letzterer Streckenteil in der Weltwirtschaftskrise stillgelegt).
