Firmenzweck war die Vermarktung der französischen De Dion-Bouton-Automobile in England als Taxis. Graf Albert de Dion, der zusammen mit dem begabten Ingenieur Georges Bouton 1883 seine Automobilfabrik errichtete, war einer der bekanntesten Pioniere des Automobilwesens Frankreichs. De Dion-Bouton bot stets ein umfangreiches Fahrzeugprogramm an, was der Firma letztendlich zum Verhängnis wurde. Die letzten De Dion-Bouton-Personenwagen wurden 1932 hergestellt, lediglich den Omnibusbau setzte man noch bis 1950 fort. | | Specials: | Aktientext englisch/französisch.
