Kremel, chemische Fabrik Waldheim & Co. und der österr. Betriebe des Großdrogenhauses G. Hell & Comp. AG in Troppau. Sie fungierte als Filialfabrik der Chemischen Fabrik Helfenberg AG. Mit 1.12.1924 fusionierten die Chemosan AG mit der Pharmazeutischen Industrie AG und der Dr. Franz Stohr GmbH zu einem neuen Konzern. Die Chemosan-Union AG überstand die Jahre 1938-1945 verhältnismäßig gut.
