Jacottet & Co. und in Wien-Favoriten die Drahtseilfabrik Th. Obach erworben hatten. Beide Fabriken wurden auf dem bis heute genutzten Werksgelände (Favoriten X, Gudrunstr. 11) zusammengelegt. 1901 Umwandlung in eine AG und Erwerb der Eisen- und Stahlwerke Friedr. Andrieu’s Söhne in Bruck a.d. Mur und Diemlach. 1906 Erwerb der Grazer Eisenwarenfabrik der Oesterr. Alpine Montangesellschaft (Produktion später nach Bruck verlegt). Erzeugt wurden in Wien Kabel und Seile aller Art, in Diemlach Stahl aus zwei Siemens-Martin-Öfen mit angeschlossener Grobstrecke und Drahtstraße sowie in Bruck Eisendrähte, Drahtstifte und Baustahlgitter.
