Erzeugt wurden Garne und Gewebe aus Baumwolle und Zellwolle, auch Satin- und Damastgewebe sowie Kunstseidengewebe aller Art. Die AG bestand länger als ein Jahrhundert, ehe auch sie Opfer der Textilkrise wurde: Ende 1988 wurde das Anschlußkonkursverfahren eröffnet.
