Originalsignatur von Sidney Dillon als President. Sidney Dillon (1812-1892) hat den östlichen Teil der legendären Transkontinentalen Eisenbahn gebaut. 1870 schloß er sich mit Jay Gould bei etlichen Unternehmungen zusammen.
