Betriebsbeginn 1858-60. Über die Bahn gelangte in der Gegend geförderte Anthrazitkohle ostwärts nach New York. Bereits 1866 mit der Lehigh Valley RR verschmolzen worden und als deren Mahanoy branch weitergeführt.
