In dieser Ges. verschmolzen wurden 23 Konservenfabriken von 14 Vorgängerfirmen, darunter der Steam Whaling Co. of Nushagak, der Western Fisheries Co., der Ice Strait Packing Co. und der Pacific-American Fisheries Co. Mit einem Marktanteil von 30 % (700.000 Lachskonservendosen im Jahr) lag die Firma hinter der Alaska Packers association (50 %) auf Platz 2.
