Ca. 1890 wurde der Name in Bennett & Peck Company geändert und dann in Peck and Williamson Heating and Ventilating Company. 1911 kauften Peck and Williamson verschiedene andere Heizungsapparate-Geschäfte und gründeten die Williamson Heater Company. Es wurde eine führende Stellung in der Heizungs- und Aircondition-Industrie aufgebaut. 1992 übernahm Metzger Machine Corp. ein Teil von Williamson und begann mit der Produktion in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 1999 übernahm die Marley-Wylain Company die Markennamen Williamson und Thermoflo von Metzger.
