Bereits 1862 als „Railway“ reorganisiert, 1867 mit zwei weiteren Gesellschaften zur Columbus, Chicago & Indiana Central RR fusioniert. 1869 pachtete die Pittsburgh, Cincinnati & St. Louis Ry. die C.C.&I.C.R.R., womit diese unter die Kontrolle der Pennsylvania RR kam und (neben der Fort-Wayne-Strecke) deren zweite Hauptstrecke nach Chicago wurde. 1921 übernahm die PRR die Betriebsführung selbst. 1976 zu Conrail gekommen, die die Strecke bis 2005, abgesehen von winzigen Teilstücken, bis 2005 schrittweise stilllegte. | | Specials: | Drei schöne Vignetten: Eisenbahn, Farmer bei der Ernte, Hund auf Schatzkiste. | | Availability: | Bei uns seit 2004 nicht mehr angeboten gewesen! | | Condition: | EF-VF. | | Sold: | unsold |
