Unter Wilhelm Mayer (1877/78) und dann unter Franz Huber (1895/97 bis 1922) hatte das Unternehmen die Rechtsform einer Einzelfirma. 1923 wurde dann das Bayerische und Tiroler Sensenwerk des Franz Huber in eine AG umgewandelt. Erzeugung von Sensen und landwirtschaftlichen Geräten. Werk in Mühlbach bei Oberaudorf in Obb.
