Hunderte von Bohrtürmen standen bald dicht an dicht und der Anblick der Gegend unterschied sich nicht von amerikanischen Ölfeldern. Wegen der geringen Ergiebigkeit der Felder ließ der Boom bald nach. Die Autarkiebestrebungen im 3.
