Verwaltung des Am Lehniner Platz belegenen Grundstückskomplexes, begrenzt vom Kurfürstendamm, der Johann-Cicero-Straße, der Albrecht-Achilles-Straße und der Paulsborner Straße. Der Komplex umfaßte 243 Wohnungen, am Kurfürstendamm das Theatergebäude des “Kabaretts der Komiker”, das Universum-Kino, ein Café-Restaurant und eine Anzahl Läden sowie im Innenbereich des Blocks 130 1-2-Zimmer-Appartements. 1947 auf Anordnung der britischen Militärregierung unter Vermögensbeaufsichtigung gestellt (erst 1959 aufgehoben), dann letztmals im AG-Handbuch 1959/60 erwähnt. | | Specials: | Auf Vermittlung der Bankfirma Rudolf Herzfeld in Berlin wurde diese 1,5-Mio.-$-Anleihe in New York aufgelegt von J. & W. Für Kapital und Zinsen garantierten die Hermes Kreditversicherungsbank, die Allianz-Versicherung und die Münchener Rückversicherung.
