(Gründung 1899) und der Wichita Falls & Northwestern Ry. und übernahm alle deren Betriebsanlagen. In den 1930er Jahren betrieb man unter dem Oberbegriff „Missouri-Kansas-Texas Lines“ folgende Gesellschaften: Missouri-Kansas-Texax RR, Missouri-Kansas-Texas RR of Texas, Texas Central RR, Wichita Falls RW, Wichtia Falls & Northwestern RW of Texas, Wichita Falls & Wellington RW of Texas sowie die San Antonio Belt & Terminal RW. Insgesamt bediente zu dem Zeitpunkt die K-T-M 1.799 Meilen Schienenstrecke und die K-T-M of Texas 1.389 Meilen. So konnte das Land ab St. Louis südwärts bis Galveston am Golf von Mexiko befahren werden durch die Staaten Missouri, Oklahoma und Texas.
