Rasmussen AG, deren Automobile, Motorräder und Motoren unter dem Namen DKW weltbekannt waren. 1932 mit den in Zwickau ansässigen Konkurrenten Audiwerke AG und Horchwerke AG zur Auto Union AG mit Sitz in Chemnitz fusioniert und zugleich Erwerb der Wandererwerke vorm. Winklhofer & Jaenicke AG in Schönau bei Chemnitz. Werk auch in Berlin-Spandau. Nach dem Krieg zunächst nach Saarbrücken, dann nach Ingolstadt verlagert. Die Sächsische Staatsbank, bei Kriegsende Mehrheitsaktionär, wurde dabei von einem von der Bank deutscher Länder eingesetzten Treuhänder vertreten. Der AG-Mantel wanderte weiter zur Rothenberger-Gruppe (heute AUTANIA AG für Industriebeteiligungen), die AUDI-Markenrechte übernahm die AUDI NSU AG. | | Condition: | EF-VF. | | Sold: | 1.600,00 EUR |
