Finanzielle Schwierigkeiten führten im Juli 1907 dazu, dass sich der Decatur Commercial Club beteiligte.1909 wurde die Decatur Motor Car Co. daraus. Lembert Coppock schied aus. Die Produktion von Nutzfahrzeugen lief weiter. Zwischen 1910 und 1911 entstanden zusätzlich etwa 200 Personenkraftwagen. Der Markenname lautete Decatur. Der sehr gute Absatz führte 1912 zu einer Reorganisation, Nachfolgeunternehmen war die Grand Rapids Motor Truck Co. und ab 1913 Parcel Post Equipment Company mit Sitz in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
